All types of leadwork can be carried out from stepped flashings to box gutters, run out valleys and even chimney linings.
We work with milled lead sheets, and are fully skilled in bossing and leadburning.
We can make and supply to other builders and roofing contractors, e.g. aprons, saddles and back gutters from precise supplied measurements.
All work is carried out in accordance with The Lead Development Association guide lines.

Lead is an excellent material for roof coverings, to cover flat roofs, to line valley gutters and to cover a wide variety of connections betwen slatework and masonry, and chimneys etc to form a waterproof seal. It has been used for many years and is still used today because of its lifespan and excellent weather proofing properties.
Properly made and fixed leadwork can last for up to 100 years or more.
Much of the leadwork installed in the past was provided with too few movement joints and, as a result it tended to fail relatively quickly. Modern techniques, and improved knowledge ensures that lead work can outlast the residents of the building.
